Click Here (click-here.org) is a service operated by Blessa LLC. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Blessa LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide a valid email address, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
Don't use Click Here to shorten or route links to malware, phishing, spam, illegal content, or anything that violates the rights of others. We may disable links or accounts that break these rules.
You own the links you create and the click data they generate. You can export or delete your data at any time, and deleting your account permanently removes your links, click history and settings.
We work hard to keep the Service running but provide it "as is," without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. New accounts may be offered a free trial, in which case your card is collected up front and is not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from Account Settings, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the free plan.
Charges appear on your statement under our legal business name, Blessa LLC.
We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
